The OSA Transition Team will provide one-on-one assistance to smoothly guide each new rep through the transition process. Our team is comprised of support staff to assist the broker in the completion on all initial paperwork. We offer excellent customer service throughout the entire process.

OSA invites all reps and back office staff to attend one of our quarterly "Groundwork For Success" meetings. We provide hands-on training on all aspects of the Broker Dealer including forms, licensing, web-based systems and commissions. "Groundwork" is the perfect opportunity to learn how to work with OSA.
